Join Charles for these LIVE four-week monthly workshops. Charles will coach you through the creation of a work of art, using his unique and easy methods. He has developed a truly unique and credible method which carries great authority based on decades of teaching using both the classic academic and modern approaches to learning. Begin your training to improve your skill level expediently and exponentially with a tried and true, step-by-step simplified system. Advance in your ability to see and translate the complex natural world of visual phenomena we see around us every day.

Miano Method

With Miano’s sculptural and mass-oriented approach, you will realize your full potential of seeing and translate that to either drawing or painting. Miano’s method blends a perfect balance of an abstract, free approach with traditional studio technique. Unleash your power of personal expression while maintaining the beauty and naturalness of realism.

You will learn to build a drawing or painting, step-by-step from start to finish. He will teach you the techniques to practice when working from nature. You’ll also get a taste of what our apprentices experience full-time in the Apprenticeship at Miano Academy.

Participation in each webinar will be limited to maintain quality. These workshops will include clear instruction, demonstrations and in-session critiques of emailed project submissions.
