Atelier Apprenticeship Enrollment Process
Application Requirements:

Resume or CV: including educational background, work experience, and any awards

A personal or artist statement of 300-500 words including your motivation for applying

Minimum one Letter of Recommendation

At least 5 images of original artworks including at least one drawing in charcoal/graphite

Tuition and Fees
Tuition by Trimester: ($3900)
An Apprentice’s Trimester may begin any month throughout the year.
Loans and scholarships are not currently available for the Atelier Apprenticeship program.
A non-refundable payment of $975 (1/4 of your first trimester) is due upon acceptance to hold your space in the Atelier Apprenticeship.

Credit card: there is a 3% processing fee added to your tuition if paying via Credit Card
Fees
A $50 per week late fee will be charged for late payments.
A $50 late fee will be charged for checks returned by the bank.
Withdrawal/Refunds
If an artist wishes to terminate participation, the office must receive written notice minimum 31 days before leave. In the event of early withdrawal, artists will forfeit their paid fees.

Location and Housing
All classes and projects for the Atelier Apprenticeship take place at Miano Academy, located in Bradenton, FL: 5320 Lena Rd unit 105, Bradenton, FL 34211
Housing is not available at Miano Academy nor included in the tuition. However, the school is located just miles from the heart of Sarasota and Bradenton, so students can choose from a number of housing options ranging from apartments to houses for rent. For your convenience, a list of housing options can be provided upon request.
